Start a conversation
ContactSay hello.
Send your website address, a sentence on what you sell, and what you want more of. Four lines is plenty. It means the first reply can be useful rather than a list of questions back at you.

Message me directly
LinkedIn is the quickest route to me at the moment. Send a connection note or a direct message and it will reach me the same day.
What to include
You do not need a brief. Four lines is plenty, and it means the first reply can be substantive rather than a list of questions.
- Your website address
- What you sell, in one sentence
- What you want more of: enquiries, bookings, orders
- Anything already tried that did not work
- Roughly what you are able to invest, if you know
If you would rather just ask a question first, do that. Not every conversation has to be about hiring someone.
Tell me what you need
Name, number and which service you are thinking about. That is enough for me to come back with something useful rather than a list of questions.
From message to decision
You message me
Through LinkedIn, with as much or as little detail as you have. There is no form to fill in and no automated sequence waiting to chase you.
I reply within two working days
Either with initial thoughts, or with the two or three questions I need answered before I can say anything useful. If I am at capacity, I will tell you rather than going quiet.
You get a written view
If it is a fit, I look properly at your site and send a written view of what is actually wrong. This is the point where you find out, at no cost.
You decide
Take the report and act on it yourself, or ask for a written plan with a fixed price. Both are fine outcomes and there is no pressure applied to either.
Send the first message.
Your website, what you sell, what you want more of. That is enough to get something useful back.
